आजच्या युगात, अस्सल आणि घरगुती चवीची मिसळ शोधणे कठीण झाले आहे. गोदावरी मिसळची सुरुवात याच कमतरतेतून झाली. महाराष्ट्राची ही संस्कृती घराघरात पोहोचवण्याचे आमचे स्वप्न आहे.

पारंपरिक मसाले आणि शुद्ध साहित्याचा अभाव यामुळे अस्सल चव हरवत चालली होती. आम्ही हीच चव आणि गुणवत्ता जपण्याचा विडा उचलला आहे, जेणेकरून प्रत्येकाला आपल्या मातीचा खरा स्वाद घेता येईल.
